Shipping & Returns

Your order will ship within 2–5 business days and we primarily ship through USPS. After leaving the island, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification that contains tracking information so you can count down the days until your package arrives! Getting mail is the best!

Every package we ship goes by bike (or car) then by ferry boat and finally to you. It's pretty cool to run an island business but every so often we run into a snag, like if the ferry doesn't run due to inclement weather. It's been known to happen! If that's ever the case, we'll alert you as to the status of your shipment. We chalk those rare instances up to island life!

International Shipping

You want to try our products AND you live overseas? Color us excited! International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and this can take some time unfortunately. It's important to note that buyers are required to pay any custom fees that may come up. 

Return Policy

We want every single IA customer to be a happy one, so we'll go above and beyond to make you pleased as punch with your purchase. If an item comes damaged or broken, please email us a photo and we will ship you a new product within the next 48 hours along with a major apology. 

Since our products are made in super small batches and are handcrafted we can't accept returns. But if you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, we're happy to refund you for store credit.
